Wagner of Carthage FFA Chapter Named State FFA Vice President

COLUMBIA, Mo., April 16, 2026 – During the 98th Missouri FFA Convention, Allie Wagner was named a 2026-2027 State FFA Vice President. Her parents are Russel and Skeeter Wagner.

Her advisors are Brandon Duff, Tom Howard, Jessica Jones and Cindi Noblitt. 

Wagner’s supervised agricultural experience consists of two mules that she shows at local fairs, as well as an Angus heifer and multiple Angus bottle calves that are used for beef production. 

She has competed in advanced prepared public speaking, Missouri Quarter Horse Fall Speaking, conduct of chapter meetings, and was selected as an alternate for the state Missouri Farm Bureau Fall Speaking Contest. Additionally, Wagner has competed in agronomy, floriculture, grasslands, veterinary science and livestock evaluation. Wagner has served as chapter president for two years, chapter reporter, chapter greenhand president, and Area IX FFA Association President. 

Along with FFA, she has participated in National Honor Society, archery team and Carthage Technical Student Ambassador. 

After high school, Wagner plans to attend Crowder College, where she plans to complete a degree in animal sciences. Additionally, she plans to attend the University of Missouri to get a bachelor’s in animal science, eventually applying to the College of Veterinary Medicine and becoming a veterinarian. 


The Missouri FFA has 27,000 members representing 369 chapters. The national organization has more than 1,042,245 members representing 9,407 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
