2:00 PM and 3:15 PM	Hampton Inn Stephens Room	Grant Norfleet, Past National FFA Secretary	Title: Cultivating Career Success Description: Join us for a dynamic workshop where students will explore in-demand careers in agriculture, food and natural resources.
2:00 PM and 3:15 PM	Hampton Inn, Missouri Room	Thaddeus Bergschneider, National FFA President	Title: On the Road Description: Our goals may seem far off... but we are on the road to get there! In this workshop, we will explore our identity and actions that guide us on our journey.

THURSDAY, APRIL 24

12:00 PM and 1:15 PM	Hampton Inn, Columbia Room	Nancy Wilkerson, Past FFA Member	COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT - Each session will count as one hour of Community Service. Students will be making jump ropes for "Samaritans Purse" to be placed in Shoebox Gift boxes for youth all over the world. Each attendee should bring 2 old CLEAN, colorful t-shirts to use in this project.
12:00 PM and 1:15 PM	Hampton Inn, Stephens Room	Kim Bellah, State Relations Specialist, National FFA Association	Title: National FFA Grant Opportunities Description: Come learn about grant opportunities to help grow communities, chapters, and SAEs through the National FFA Organization! Tips for finding and applying for several grants throughout the year.
12:00 PM	Hampton Inn, Missouri Room	Lindsey Ball and Kailey Narron, Missouri Teach Ag Ambassadors	Title: The Roots of Opportunity Description: Do you want to be part of the bigger picture by helping to shape the future of agriculture and agricultural leaders? Then Teach Ag! In this fun and hands on workshop, we will highlight the amazing opportunities ag educators provide for students, as well as how the agriculture industry continues to evolve. Agriculture is ever changing and now is an exciting time. Learn how you can be part of shaping the future of agriculture through Ag Education.
1:15 PM	Hampton Inn, Missouri Room	Kearsten Peterson and Abigail Dahmer, Missouri Teach Ag Ambassadors	Title: Teach Ag: The Ultimate Challenge! Description: Think you have what it takes to lead the next generation of ag experts? This high-energy, hands-on workshop will put your skills to the test! What’s in it for you? Go head-to-head in an Ag Teacher Trivia Showdown. Step into the role of an ag teacher and tackle wild classroom scenarios. Compete in the “Can you Teach This?” Challenge where YOU become the teacher! Discover how teaching ag is more than a job- it’s a way to change lives, lead, and have fun. The future of agriculture needs passionate leaders- could that be YOU?

They will also discuss how they can use the connections they made through networking to "Dance with Opportunities" in their chosen career path.
9:00 AM	Hampton Inn, Stephens Room	Lilly Weber, Past State Officer	Title: Accountability -The Glue that Binds Description: In this interactive workshop members will discuss the 3 C’s of accountability; Clarity, Communication and Consequences. As Chapter Officers, committee members or members within the chapter will learn to set a framework for expectations, dialogue for intended outcomes.

10:15 AM	Hampton Inn, Stephens Room	Malerie Schutt, Past State Officer	Title: Dance to Your Own Drummer Description: We all know that when we dance to our own drummer we act independently, and do things their own way. In FFA there are many ways a member can shape their experiences to make them more personal. In this interactive workshop members will explore personalizing their experience whether is it an innovative SAE, running for a leadership position or initiating a new activity in your chapter or community.
1:30 PM	Hampton Inn, Missouri Room (Invitation Only)	Presenters: Avery Deevers, CTE Assistant Instructor, UCM and Pam Proffitt-Rowland, Missouri Teach Ag Coordinator	Title: Rooted in Education (Invitation only workshop, nominated by instructors.) Description: Inspire and influence the next generation who will feed and shape the world of agriculture. You've been hired! Get ready for a fun and interactive workshop where FFA members will learn how to become the next group of pasionate agriculture teachers. With exciting real-world activites, we hope you will leave motivated and ready to pursue the life changing and important career of AGriculture Education!
