COLUMBIA, Mo., April 25, 2025 – The Missouri FFA Association awarded Brandelyn Twellman an Honorary State FFA Degree at the 97th Missouri FFA Convention.
Brandelyn Twellman is the Missouri FFA’s social media manager. She was a part of the Silex FFA chapter in highschool. After graduation Twellman became FFA State First Vice President. She participated in LEAD conferences and was a leadership director for the Missouri FFA Camp in 2016. Twellman helps local chapters with etiquette dinners and mock interviews, as well as judges state and local contests.
The Missouri FFA Association recognizes Honorary State FFA Degree recipients for their valuable efforts and contributions to the FFA organization and its members. Those eligible to receive the Honorary FFA Degree include farmers, school superintendents, principals, members of the board of education, chapter advisors, teachers, staff members in agricultural education, business professionals, and others who are helping to advance agricultural education and the FFA.
The Missouri FFA has 26,900 members representing 365 chapters. The national organization has more than 1,027,273 members representing 9,235 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
