Nothdurft of Oak Ridge FFA Chapter named Missouri State FFA Vice President

COLUMBIA Mo., April 25, 2025 – During the 97th Missouri FFA Convention, Taylor Nothdurft was named a 2025-2026 State FFA Vice President. Nothdurft is a member of the Oak Ridge FFA Chapter. Her parents are John and Sarah Nothfurft and Kelly and Alex Seiler. Her advisor is Rich Thomas.

Nothdurft’s supervised agricultural experience reflects her diverse interests in the agricultural industry. She raises and exhibits pigs, gaining hands-on experience in animal husbandry, breeding, and livestock production. She also teaches third-grade students through the Ag Education on the Move program, helping to inspire future agricultural leaders. In addition, Nothdurft manages her school’s petting zoo, where she introduces elementary students to farm animals and promotes agricultural literacy within her community.

In addition to FFA, Nothdurft is a part of her local 4-H, Family Career and Community Leaders of America, Future Business Leaders of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, and Pep Club.

After graduating, Nothdurft plans to attend the University in Missouri to study agriculture education in hopes of becoming an agriculture educator.

The Missouri FFA has 26,900 members representing 365 chapters. The national organization has more than 1,027,273 members representing 9,235 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
