His second placement SAE is with McLaughlin Enterprises, a mowing business that services a variety of commercial and residential properties.

He is actively involved in student council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, and participates in cross country, basketball, and track and field. A 12-year member of Henry County 4-H, Engeman currently serves as both the Henry County 4-H Council President and the Missouri State 4-H Council President. Additionally, Engeman is a member of the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association, Missouri Soybean Association, Missouri Corn Growers Association, and Missouri Farm Bureau.
