Beck of Chillicothe FFA Chapter named State FFA Vice President

COLUMBIA Mo., April 24, 2025 – During the 97th Missouri FFA Convention, Harlee Beck was named a 2025-2026 Missouri State FFA Vice President. Her parents are Andrea and Stephen Beck. Her advisors are Lance Martin, Randy Plattner, Cyrsten Sarbaugh, and Neal Wolf.

Beck’s supervised agricultural experience consists of raising beef cattle and sheep. She also has an oil and fiber/ grain production supervised agricultural experience. Beck has served as Area II President and chapter Assistant President, and Vice-President.

Along with FFA she participates in National Honor Society, 4-H, and is an active member of her church. In her church, she has participated in a youth group, mission work, and helping others in need.

After high school, she plans to attend North Central Missouri College, where she plans to study agriculture/natural resources. She plans to pursue a career as a theriogenologist.

The Missouri FFA has 26,900 members representing 365 chapters. The national organization has more than 1,027,273 members representing 9,235 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
