COLUMBIA, Mo., April 25, 2025 – The Missouri FFA Association proudly presented Nathan Strobel with the Honorary State FFA Degree during the 96th Missouri FFA Convention, honoring his outstanding service to agricultural education and the FFA mission.
Strobel serves as an Agricultural Education Instructor and FFA Advisor at Cole R1 School District in Russellville, Missouri. Through his role, he has been instrumental in mentoring students, guiding them through FFA career development events, leadership activities, and classroom instruction that prepares the next generation of agricultural leaders.
As an FFA Advisor, Strobel has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the growth and success of his students and chapter. His leadership and passion for agricultural education have made a lasting impact not only at Cole R1 but within the broader FFA community.
The Missouri FFA Association recognizes Honorary State FFA Degree recipients for their valuable efforts and contributions to the FFA organization and its members. Those eligible to receive the Honorary FFA Degree include farmers, school superintendents, principals, members of the board of education, chapter advisors, teachers, staff members in agricultural education, business professionals, and others who are helping to advance agricultural education and the FFA.
The Missouri FFA has 26,900 members representing 365 chapters. The national organization has more than 1,027,273 members representing 9,235 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
