COLUMBIA, Mo., April 19, 2024 – The Owensville FFA Chapter won the floriculture career development event at the 96th Missouri FFA Convention. There were 60 teams in the competition.

Team members include Hannah Gehlert, Layna Rademacher and Sierra Hussey. Out of 225 participants, Gehlert placed first, Rademacher placed seventh and Hussey placed ninth. The Owensville FFA advisors are Sherry Byram, Mollie Jo Henneke and Wade Orscheln.
