COLUMBIA, Mo., April 18, 2024—The Missouri FFA Association recognized members who executed research in an agricultural area in the Agriscience Fair at the 96th Missouri FFA Association. This award area honors students who participated in a research-based Supervised Agricultural Experience.

Arwen Mehl and Lexi Perryman, of the Pleasant Hope FFA Chapter, placed first in Division Six of the Food Products and Processing Systems area. This area involves the study of product development, quality assurance, food safety, production, regulation and compliance and food service within the food science industry.
