Stover places third at state FFA employment skills competition
Sedalia, Mo., April 30, 2021 — Amada Stover of the Tipton FFA Chapter placed third in the employment skills leadership development event at the 93rd Missouri FFA Convention. Sixteen students from six districts were selected to compete at the state level. Stover’s advisors are Justin Asher and Morgan Borts.
Northwest Missouri State University School of Agricultural Sciences, Maryville, sponsors the competition, which requires contestants to complete a resume, cover letter, job application and a personal interview.
This LDE helps FFA prepare members for career success. LDEs engage student learning and make a real connection to lifetime goals.
