California FFA places third in state parliamentary procedure competition
SEDALIA, Mo., April 30, 2021 — The California FFA Chapter placed third in the parliamentary procedure leadership development event at the 93rd Missouri FFA Convention.
California team members are Megan Vanloo, Johnny Gercia, Camryn Schlup, Lauren Hill, Sydney Percival and Dawson Gump. California advisors are Adam Bieri, Dale Hodges and Gary Morris.
Grand River Technical School sponsors the state event, which consists of both a written test and a demonstration that tests the team’s knowledge of parliamentary law based on Robert’s Rules of Order.
The Missouri FFA has 25,662 members representing 351 chapters. The national organization has more than 760,000 members representing 8,739 chapters in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
